Saturday = Looser Day

Looser Day: a state of feeling where one's actions are reduced to basic needs and wants. A "looser day" often involves excuses (good or bad), poor diet decisions, and a decision making path that does not correlate with one's ultimate goal(s).

Example: Today I woke up and instead of going for a ride I sat on the couch watched the tour. It was raining, my bike was clean, I was sleepy, Evans was in the break. So I just watch the tour and had a looser day.

Fear not! Not all looser days are created equal and there are a few basic steps to a successful looser day.

Step 1: Continue to prepare for the day as if you weren't going to change your mind but during the process drop subtle hints that you are open to other possibilities. A successful Looser Day is dependent upon an open mind.

Step 2: If feasible almost reach your destination/goal and allow some sort of basic last minute analysis to determine the actual outcome. Example simple questions such as "what do I have to gain/lose?" often work wonders. Always consider your health when making these decisions.

Step 3: After you've almost reached your goal for the day return to someplace comfortable and take a nap. You've just let yourself down and/or completely rearranged your schedule and objectives for the day. A nap is important to allow your brain to readjust to the possibility of doing nothing for the rest of the day.

Step 4: After your nap it's time to eat. First think about what you want to do the next day and how you should probably eat something healthy because you didn't do anything all day. Next drive to a Frituur and order a few hearty meals to take home.

Speculoos Ice Cream for dessert!

Step 5: After exploiting yourself for an unhealthy dinner, relax. You've potentially reached your max for the day and it is time to unwind with a film or some bad TV. This is also a good time to reflect on your day and think about the possibilities. Even more important is to not make too many plans for the next day, otherwise you could potentially set yourself up with too many new goals. It's important to start the day with an open mind and nothing on your agenda. This will allow to awake feeling more ambitious and driven to succeed.

Yesterday was a Looser Day but today is looking brighter already and I'll you know how it goes :)
